Tincho approached us to fully renovate his apartment in Recoleta.
He was tired of the issues that came with the building’s age, but also wanted to give the space a new life, one that better aligned with his lifestyle.
The main interventions focused on the kitchen and bathrooms, where we selected materials with strong presence and character. The goal was to modernize the apartment, optimize functionality, and create spaces that feel genuinely enjoyable to inhabit.
Tincho initially planned to live there only for a short time before putting the apartment on the market, but he felt so comfortable that, years later, he was still enjoying it. Shortly after the project was completed, he told me, half joking, that every time he stepped into the shower, he felt like he was in a hotel bathroom in Dubai. It was a comment that made me smile and confirmed that we had achieved exactly what we set out to do: a space that is comfortable, functional, and elevated by a sense of everyday luxury.
